Control Panels
TTI assembles custom panels per customer needs or requirements or specification. We can recommend materials to manage costs, or use whatever the customer desires. Since TTI does not represent any manufacturers, we maintain our objectivity, the source of our success.
SCADA Systems
We install computer based SCADA systems for the “front end” of systems based on customer needs or requirements or specification. We use all the major software offerings and desktop or “All-in-One” PCs. Again, we can meet a customers need, desire, or specification, or we can recommend the best fit based on our experience. We also have performed SCADA function, with data collection and time/date stamped historical graphing using Touch Screen Operator Interface devices.
Conveyor Controls
We have experience in belt conveyors (Cleveland Hopkins Airport, Will Rodgers Airport, Jay Nanogate Systems, LLC), Hanging conveyors (Sputtering Lines 1, 2 and 8 at Nanogate Jay Systems, LLC), Raised rack on chain conveyors with rotary servos (Paint Lines 1 and 3 Nangogate Jay System, LLC), chain drive conveyor (Paint Line 2 Nanogate Jay Systems, LLC), Rotary rack conveyors (Sputtering Lines 3 and 4 Nanogate Jay Systems, LLC)
Paint Delivery Systems and Controls
TTI has designed and built paint delivery controls using pressure diaphragm flow control, spinning bell cup atomizers, and electrostatic controls. Mixing of catalysts at precise ratios, and all systems have flow totalizers, part/rack totals, and historical graphs of sprays, atomization pressures, and fan pressures. Coordination with conveyor, exhaust air and capture systems are a part of the controls. Some of the paint areas have water overspray capture.
Sputtering Systems
TTI has programmed processes involving sputtering machines for product exchange with conveyor systems, and monitoring process. We have also installed generic power supplies (high voltage) by adding profibus communications that allow for use on the machines local network.
Robotic Interface
TTI has interfaced robot controls for many processes. By exchanging control and feedback via data networks instead of hard wired I/O, we have made installation and programming quick and easy in the field.
Chemical Control
Most all of our water and wastewater plant customers have our algorithms controlling their chemical injection processes. Most are flow paced and/or influenced by analytical instrumentation.
Pressure Control
All of our customers have varying types of pressure control with the most common type of control being performed by I/P transducers/transmitters located on their processes.
Flow Control
Using valves, pressure diaphragms, VFDs or DC motor drives, we have controlled most types of flow control from small ml/min flows to Millions of Gallons per day flows.
Data Collection
Data collection is a broad term and covers many different facets of our skillset. From capturing faults on an instrument, to creation of data bases on computers, we have installed systems running in various industries.
Pump Control
All of our customers have varying types of pump controls in their processes. From small chemical pumps to water distribution pumps pumping millions of gallons a day.
Telemetry/Networks
We have installed and/or maintained hundreds of radio/phone/cellular/wide area fiber telemetry systems over the past years. Most of these are in the water and wastewater industry. We also have local area networks on fiber and copper at most our customer sites. We have a major emphasis on making our systems impenetrable to hackers.
Instrumentation
TTI does service agreements to perform calibration services for various types of instruments.
